      At Bellaire Electric we offer free estimates for every form of electrical need. Estimates or quotes are often vague and priced at worst case scenario pricing. We give best and worst case pricing and our technicians will keep our customers informed during the process.  Communication is vital and part of the quality that we provide. 

      We strive to leave each job site just as clean as when we arrived. Construction is at times messy and intrusive. We do our best to keep the mess to a minimum.

      Upon completion, our technician will give a detailed account of the work done and a thorough write up on the invoice. Not only do we want your project or issue to be done properly and on time but your satisfaction is what we ultimately desire.
